Delete Your Account & Data
Your right under Utah law (UCPA), Apple App Store, and Google Play.
You may request deletion of your Noetica account and any personal data we hold about you at any time. Submit the form below or email noetica@noeticaapps.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
What gets deleted
- Your account record (email, name, profile)
- App-specific data: birth charts, journal entries, progress, settings
- Waitlist and newsletter records associated with your email
- Any uploaded media or files tied to your account
What we may retain
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you
- Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax/transaction records)
- Backup copies that age out of rotating backups within 30 days
Timeline
We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, as required by Utah law and platform policies. We may verify your identity before deleting data.
