Delete Your Account & Data
Your right under Utah law (UCPA), Apple App Store, and Google Play.
You may request deletion of your Noetica account and any personal data we hold about you at any time. Submit the form below or email info@noeticaapps.org with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
In-app deletion (Apple App Store requirement): when a Noetica app offers user accounts, you can also delete your account from inside the app via Settings → Account → Delete account, without contacting us.
What gets deleted
- Your account record (email, name, profile)
- App-specific data: birth charts, journal entries, progress, settings
- Waitlist and newsletter records associated with your email
- Any uploaded media or files tied to your account
What we may retain
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you
- Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax/transaction records)
- Backup copies that age out of rotating backups within 30 days
Timeline
We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, as required by Utah law, California CCPA/CPRA, EU/UK GDPR, and platform policies. We may verify your identity before deleting data.
International requests
EU/UK/EEA residents can also exercise their right to erasure under GDPR Article 17 by emailing the address above with the subject "GDPR Erasure Request".
