Noetica ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you use our website and apps (the "Services"). It is written to comply with the Utah Consumer Privacy Act ("UCPA") and other applicable U.S. privacy laws.

You provide: name, email, messages, waitlist sign-ups, app inputs (e.g. birth date for Cosmic Compass, journal entries in Psyche Weaver).
Automatically: device type, browser, IP address, basic usage analytics.
Cookies: essential cookies for site function and limited analytics.

2. How We Use Information

Operate, secure, and improve the Services.
Respond to inquiries and send transactional or newsletter emails (with consent).
Personalize app experiences (e.g. readings, lessons).
Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Data

Noetica does not sell personal data and does not engage in targeted advertising based on personal data shared across unaffiliated platforms.

4. Sharing

We share data only with vetted service providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery) who are contractually bound to protect it, or when required by law.

5. Your Utah Privacy Rights (UCPA)

If you are a Utah resident, you have the right to:

Confirm whether we process your personal data and access it.
Delete personal data you provided to us.
Obtain a portable copy of personal data you provided.
Opt out of the sale of personal data and targeted advertising (we do neither, but you may still send the request).

To exercise any of these rights, email noetica@noeticaapps.com. We will respond within 45 days as required by Utah law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described, or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; please use strong, unique passwords and protect your account.

8. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (COPPA). Some apps contain spiritual or mature content not appropriate for users under 18.

9. App Store & Google Play Disclosures

For users who download our apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the following data categories may be collected and linked to your identity: contact info (name, email), user content (journal entries, app inputs, birth data), identifiers (account ID), and usage data (app interactions, diagnostics). Data is used for app functionality, personalization, and analytics. We do not use your data for third-party advertising or tracking across other companies' apps and websites.

Account & data deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time at noeticaapps.com/account-deletion or by emailing noetica@noeticaapps.com. Requests are confirmed within 7 days and completed within 30 days.

Third-party services: We use Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, authentication) and Lovable AI Gateway (AI features) for app functionality. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual data-protection terms.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
